After many months of editing, planning, and hard work by everyone involved*, we’re happy to announce that the world premiere of our very first feature length documentary film, The Bigfoot Hunter: Still Searching, will take over the Waverly Storefront Theater in Waverly, New York on Friday, October 21st, starting at 7:30 PM!
EDIT: The Premiere is SOLD OUT! Because of the awesome response to the screening, we’ve added a second night! If you missed your chance to grab tickets for the October 21st showing, there will be a repeat screening (complete with bonus clips, the Q&A, and more) the following evening of the 22nd. The Event!
As the audience members take their seats, they will be treated to a few very special gifts straight from the heart of the film’s star, Tim Holmes. Trust us, it will make perfect sense.
Once everyone is seated, the evening will begin with a rare screening of a few short clips that will expand upon Still Searching‘s prologue, including a few brand new shorts and the hilarious, never-before-seen Ghost Hunters, Incorporated television promo from 2005.
Following a short intermission, we will unveil the main event, the very first public screening of The Bigfoot Hunter: Still Searching, a film that gives viewers a glimpse into the gut-busting misadventures of two Bigfoot Hunters from New York’s Twin Tiers.
Finally, following the film’s debut, there will be special Question and Answer session with The Elmira Bigfoot Watch’s Tim Holmes, where the audience can ask any and all questions they might have about North America’s favorite hairy man-ape
At the conclusion of the evening, make sure you join us for the after party at The Railhouse. It’s just down the street, and we’ll be there all night imbibing great drinks, sharing great stories, and making new friends. This particular bit of the party is for the 21+ crowd. Sorry, kids.
There’s plenty more surprises in store, though! So keep your eyes peeled for more news as we’ve got it.
Come join us on our adventure into the world of big personalities, bigger guns, and even bigger legends. Trust us, this is going to be the independent film debut that everyone will be talking about!
The Film!
In the summer of 2006, two Sasquatch hunters led a group of curious, young paranormal investigators into the hills of southern New York on a quest for evidence of the legendary beast known as Bigfoot.
Shot completely on consumer level equipment with a ridiculously small budget, this documentary follows Tim Holmes of the Southern Tier Bigfoot Watch and Becky Sawyer of Searching for Bigfoot East as they trek deep into Connecticut Hill, a location rife with reports of mysterious monster sightings and unexplained events.
Although initially skeptical of Tim’s wild stories and unnerved by Becky’s militant commands, things get weird after bizarre encounter in the pines, and the group is forced to reassess their beliefs regarding the existence of Bigfoot.
Sometimes funny, sometimes scary, but always entertaining, The Bigfoot Hunter: Still Searching is a story that asks, what means more in the end: the destination or the journey; the evidence or the story?
The Bigfoot Hunter: Still Searching is a “Who Forted? Magazine” film, produced by Toronto’s Fight or Flight! Productions, directed by Greg Newkirk, featuring Tim Holmes, Becky Sawyer, Nick Foust, Jason Gowin, Milton Clark, Glenn Richards, and Greg Newkirk.

I so wish I could be there. If I had the disposable income I would fly out in a heartbeat. Thank the guys at Mysterious Universe for getting the word out. Also you guys were very charismatic on the show.
Will we be able to netflix or get a DVD of this or something?? Or how about Hulu, I bet they put it up for you. They love the indie documentaries.
