UFO Photo of “Vintage” Flying Saucer Purportedly Snapped, But..

"Vintage UFO" snapped in ThailandA student in Sakon Nakhon, Thailand claims to have unwittingly snapped a photo of a “vintage-looking” flying saucer on Christmas day, stirring some talk over whether or not the extraterrestrials have a thing for classic vehicles.

During an afternoon of “Sport Day” festivities scheduled by the Sawang Dindaeng School on December 25th, Thidarat Boonlee whipped out her cell phone to take a photo of the grandstands where her friends were seated. However, upon going back and reviewing the snapshot, Boonlee claims to have found something strange hovering just through the trees. When she went to snap another photo, the craft was gone.

Weeyaros Yuttarin, an English teacher at Boonlee’s school, claims that UFO sightings have been on the rise in the area.

“I heard many teachers talking about their UFO experience on the same day, but I did not believe since there was no concrete evidence,” Weeyaros told The Phuket News (tee-hee). He also stated that he didn’t believe Boonlee would make such a story up.

Ah, but in the age of camera phone apps that will let you insert ghosts into your photos with a tap of the screen, what are the chances that this photo could be a joke that got a bit out of hand? Pretty high, actually, according to the sleuths at the Above Top Secret forums.

They dug up this photo contains a UFO snapped in California, reported to MUFON at the end of December. Looks familiar no? And if that wasn’t enough evidence for you, have a look at the UFO Camera GOLD app available on the itunes marketplace, loaded with classic images of flying saucers that you can add to your photos “like magic”. The developers even promise that your UFO pictures will be “better than Mulder’s”.

Blasphemy.

If you speak Thai, you can watch this clip of newscasters being duped by a high schooler and actually understand it.

Someone submitted a hoaxed UFO photo to MUFON (Case 43996) using an app but they tried to get fancy by adding a reflection. Their spatial reasoning skills weren’t up to the task though so they screwed it up:

Ooo.. yeah, that one just looks weird. It also seems way too clear, like they should have added in a bit of motion blur. Makes me curious if MUFON ever releases numbers from the amount of hoax cases they receive every year.

The reflection is wrong. The left side of the saucer is higher than the right side but in the reflection the left side is also higher than the right side, whereas it should be reversed. Compare the awnings and trees and the reflections of awnings and trees. The hoaxer flipped the saucer vertically and that’s where he should have stopped, but then he rotated it to make it parallel with the original.

It might be an app or something but it could be a double whammy and be a trick by an alien-demon making it look like an app so that people won’t catch on to there invasion plans. Good work! Stay Strong, One lOve.

THIS IS A TRUE STORY! In 1974, Paradise Valley a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona. My sister and I had a UFO Experience. I was 7 years old and she was 9.
In the fall of 1974 my sister and I were walking to school, it was around 4:00am and completely dark outside. The reason why we were walking to school so early is because in 1974 Paradise Valley was brand new, our new school “Arrowhead” was still being built, so “Indian Bend” had Double Sessions to accommodate all the children. First session was 5am-11am.
We were walking to school and we saw a huge golden pyramid floating in front of Shadow Mountain, It was massive 300 feet tall and 300 feet wide at least. I don’t have any memory of anything after that except a generic memory of going to school that day. I have an implant in my hand, a little black spot, under my skin, since that day. At the age of 7, that moment changed my life. I have been on a quest ever since to find out what that was. When you see the golden pyramid of The Illuminati, that would be the best way to describe the pyramid we saw. Here is a link to a documentary called “The UFO Experience”, there is video of this exact same pyramid in the film.
