February 14th: Spend Valentine’s Day with “The Bigfoot Hunter: Still Searching”

UPDATE: FOR THE FREE STREAM, CLICK HERE!

Finally! See "The Bigfoot Hunter: Still Searching" Valentine's Day 2013!

After it’s two-night, sold-out theatrical debut in 2011 and it’s exclusive (and extremely limited) DVD release in 2012, we’re happy to announce that The Bigfoot Hunter: Still Searching (IMDB), our very first documentary flick, will be streaming on the web, free to watch, starting February 14th (if you haven’t already pirated it, that is). If you didn’t have a date for Valentine’s Day, you do now!

If you’re not one of the lucky folks who got to attend the film’s exceedingly ridiculous premiere, or missed out on contributing to the upcoming Planet Weird web series and nabbing one of only 315 physical DVDs, you’ll soon have your chance to experience the film recommended by everyone from Mysterious Universe, Forteana, Doubtful News, The Bigfoot Lunch Club, and plenty more.

The Bigfoot Hunter: Still Searching, shot in 2006, follows two weekends in the adventures of incredibly eccentric Bigfoot hunter Tim Holmes and his no-nonsense field partner Becky Sawyer as they track down the elusive New York Sasquatch. Tagging along to document their quest are the members of the now-defunct paranormal adventuring team Ghost Hunters, Incorporated (who, for all intents and purposes reformed as Planet Weird last year).

As the GHI members quiz the Elmira Bigfoot Watch team on subjects like Sasquatch sexuality or Bigfoot defence, the groups travel deeper into the forests of the Empire State where they not only find evidence in the form of freshly made, larger than life footprints in the mud, but have their own terrifying encounter with a creature lurking in The Pines.

Meanwhile, the events leading to the infamous Georgia Icebox Bigfoot hoax play in the background, mysteriously connected to the local legends of Elmira, New York. With shotguns cocked and Handycams aimed, the entire ordeal is captured on tape, a snapshot of local cryptozoology in a time before Finding Bigfoot brought it out of the woods and into living room.
